01Introduction & Applicability

02Account Registration

03Age Requirement & Eligibility

During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. khlovip may request a National ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have a valid mobile number.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited.
• Family members of khlovip employees are not eligible to participate in certain promotions.

04KYC & Identity Verification

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. Up to ৳5,000 BDT. Wagering requirement ×25.
• Daily Cashback: 10% cashback on daily net losses. Added to the bonus wallet.
• Referral Bonus: Earn up to ৳500 bonus for each successful referral. Condition: the referred member must deposit a minimum of ৳1,000.
• Wagering Requirements: The bonus amount must be wagered by the specified multiplier (×) before it can be withdrawn.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry. Abuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.

07Gaming & Betting Rules

All games on khlovip are operated by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, Spribe). The RNG (Random Number Generator) of each game is tested and certified by internationally recognized bodies.

• Betting Limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game.

09Account Closure & Suspension

• If prohibited activity is conducted
• Under a court order or directive from a legal authority

To close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before closure. However, if an account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
